6-17-2008 Donnie raced this past weekend at Portsmouth Raceway
Park in Portsmouth, OH. Donnie started the evening out with
quick time in his qualifying group and 7th overall. This was
good enough to allow Donnie to start 4th in his heat race were
he would motor to a 1st finish. Now Donnie would run the Dash
were he would start 4th and hold position to finish 4th. With a
4th place finish in the Dash Donnie would now start 4th in the
main event. Donnie would race his way back to the front after
falling back ot 6th at one time. When the final caution feel
Donnie was racing Robbie Blaire for 2nd place. Once the green
flag would fly one again Donnie would maintain and capture a 3rd
place finish. |
